Enrollment Made Simple

Follow these steps

1. Sign into your FACTS Family Portal (ParentsWebaccount)

2. The District Code is FSOC-TX

3. Click Apply / Enroll

4. Click Enrollment / Reenrollment

5. Select Click here to open Enrollment on the right.

6. All of your students’ names appear in a new window.

7. Select Start Enrollment Packet or Will Not Enroll for each student listed and complete the process

8. You will need to click through each section and answer all of the questions, including the FACTS tuition section

9. Submit your enrollment packet.
